What to Advise Participants to Bring

Yoga Mat or Comfy Pad
If employees prefer using their own mat or cushion, encourage them to bring it along for maximum comfort.

Blanket & Pillow
Some participants enjoy extra coziness to enhance relaxation—especially helpful in cooler conference rooms.

Comfortable Clothing
Advise team members to dress in loose-fitting, breathable attire that won’t restrict movement or relaxation.
