Neuroscience-Based Wellness Modalities for Your Team, Conference, or Event

  • Theta Wave Sound Meditation

Our signature guided meditation experience uses precisely calibrated sound frequencies to effortlessly guide your team into the deeply restorative Theta brainwave state, the same frequency pattern high achievers rely on to sharpen focus, amplify innovation, and recover faster. Dr. Tamara Goldsby's research from UC San Diego found that a single Sound Meditation session reduced tension by 88.9%, fatigue by 74.5%, and anxiety by 60.4% in participants (Goldsby et al., 2017). Zero meditation experience required.

  • Somatic Yoga

Somatic Yoga targets the connective tissue where emotional stress gets stored, creating the physical tension that limits peak performance. Through gentle, non-habitual movement and deep breathing, your team activates the parasympathetic nervous system for deep recovery and emotional reset. Research published in Frontiers in Psychology confirms that slow, mindful movement improves vagal tone and helps regulate the autonomic nervous system (Payne, Levine, & Crane-Godreau, 2015).

  • Pilates

Our corporate Pilates experiences bring one of the fastest-growing mind body practices directly to your team, conference, or event space. A 2023 systematic review published in the Bulletin of Faculty of Physical Therapy found that Pilates improves quality of life while reducing pain and disability, and also increases flexibility, strength, mobility, and balance (Parveen, Kalra, & Jain, 2023). Get to Know Liz, Your Partner in Effortless Wellness & Performance Optimization

I'm Liz, the heart behind Ascendify Wellness, blending corporate leadership experience with expertise in neuroscience-based wellness solutions. My journey into Sound Meditation, Somatic Yoga, and Pilates began after severe burnout and multiple urgent surgeries disrupted my nervous system, overall health, and quality of life.

On a scavenger hunt for solutions, I immersed myself in the neuroscience of sound frequencies, nervous system regulation, and Theta brainwave states. I pursued advanced training in both Sound Meditation and Somatic Yoga, mastering how these scientifically-backed modalities could systematically address the root causes of chronic stress and performance limitations.

The results were life-changing, and I knew I had to share this with others. Now, I help leaders, athletes, and teams optimize performance and unlock their fullest potential through effortless wellness solutions grounded in neuroscience.

A Soulful Sound Sanctuary! I've never attended a sound meditation before, so I went into the experience with an open mind and can say I truly felt and embraced the transformative opportunity to escape the current pressures of life for a moment. It was surprisingly easy to let go and allow my mind and body to slow down with Liz' guidance and profound sound creations. The ability to isolate and feel the sound move through my body was unreal. I felt a renewed sense of safety, peace and calmness take over. I also felt like I could connect with her personal story of facing corporate burnout and taking the plunge on something more personal and meaningful. She has a tremendous gift and I hope more people have the opportunity to experience the tranquility and refreshment that awaits in her sound optimization services.

My first sound meditation experience with Liz at Ascendify Wellness was truly transformative. From the moment the session began, Liz's nurturing presence and genuine belief in the healing power of sound were evident. She skillfully guided us through the meditation, creating an atmosphere of deep relaxation and inner peace. Her dedication to helping others restore shone through every aspect of the session. Not only is Liz exceptionally talented in her craft, but her warmth and authenticity make her a beautiful person both inside and out. I left the experience feeling rejuvenated, centered, and profoundly grateful for the experience. I highly recommend Liz's sound meditation sessions to anyone seeking healing and personal growth. Thank you Liz!

Let’s just say this. Liz’s energy alone is enough to balance your chakras . If that doesn’t work she is amazing at feeling the room as she moves playing the healing vibration sounds needed to bring us all back into balance. She very much is worth booking a sound meditation session with.

Liz is warm, welcoming, & made me feel completely at ease at my very first sound meditation experience. From the moment the session began, I felt a deep sense of relaxation wash over me. The soothing vibrations of the bowls and gentle tones created a calming atmosphere that melted away my stress. She customized the experience by allowing us to place a marker on our mats indicating if we wanted her to come closer to us with the bowls (yes please!). By the end, I felt lighter, more balanced, and completely refreshed. This is the absolute perfect way to end a week and prepare for the next one! If you're looking for a way to reset your mind and body, I highly recommend this transformative experience!

I was lucky to receive a sound meditation by Liz and it was so special! I’ve been to plenty of sound baths but there was something different about this sound meditation. From the way Liz holds space, to the fluctuations of sounds that we received, to the care that she brought to each participant as she played instruments over us, I was blown away! I felt so relaxed the rest of the day. Can’t wait to attend another sound meditation by Liz in the future!

Every sound meditation with Ascendify Wellness is a deeply grounding experience. Liz’s presence is calm, welcoming, and intuitive. I always leave feeling lighter, more centered, and more connected to myself. It’s a beautiful space to rest, restore, and reset.
