Refund policy

Ascendify Wellness™ services rendered cannot be refunded or returned. Refunds for pre-scheduled services will only be granted if cancelation is initiated before the cancelation window is reached. Cancelation policies for each service are listed under each service.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
If a booking cancellation is within the cancellation period, once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
