Do I need any special equipment?
Not at all. All you need is a chair or spot on the floor, and a pair of earbuds or headphones for the sound sessions. If you prefer extra comfort, feel free to grab a pillow or blanket, but none of that is required to get results.
How is the content delivered?
Every morning of the challenge you will receive an email at 6 AM Arizona time with that day’s 5-to-15-minute video or audio practice, plus a short explanation of the science behind it. You can complete the session whenever it fits your schedule. On Day 5 you will also receive the link to our live coaching call and Q &A.
What if I miss a day?
No stress, we understand life happens! You will have lifetime access to every recording, tracker, and workbook page. Catch up the next day or revisit any session as often as you like.
Will this take a lot of time?
Each daily practice is intentionally short. Think of it as a coffee-break reset that fits between meetings. The live call on Day 5 runs about 30 minutes and includes personalized coaching and open Q &A.
Is this medical advice?
I am sharing the methods that worked for me after years of collaboration with licensed medical and wellness professionals. The challenge is educational in nature and not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your physician or other qualified health provider with questions about a medical condition or before starting any new wellness practice.
I have a specific health concern, can I still participate?
Most people find these gentle techniques safe and soothing. If you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, epilepsy, or any condition that may be affected by sound frequencies or gentle movement, please check with your healthcare provider before joining.
How does the live coaching call work?
On the final day we meet on Google Meet for a group session where we build your personal plan to implement all your new techniques learned. I will walk you through combining the techniques, answer questions, and offer real-time coaching. A replay link will be emailed within 24 hours.
Can I invite a colleague or friend?
