About Your Guide: Liz Adriano
Hi, I’m Liz! I spent years pushing through stress and pressure, ignoring the quiet signals my body was trying to send me. That tension in my neck eventually led to three major surgeries in three years, including an emergency spine surgery I never saw coming.
No one explained how years of carrying stress could settle into the body until mine broke down. I learned through a long and powerful journey of healing, and that's what I want to share with you.
Along the way, I worked closely with somatic practitioners, physical therapists, meditation and sound healing experts, and other holistic professionals. I combined this work with my background leading Research & Development initiatives for a Fortune 500 organization, diving deep into scientific publications, neuroscience research, and evidence-based pain studies.
What I share inside the Head Held High Challenge is built from both worlds. It is grounded in research and science, and it is also woven with lived experience, compassion, and hope.

From Tension to Relief: Your Top Questions Answered
Do I need any special equipment?
No special equipment is needed. A chair, a quiet space, and optionally a blanket or pillow for extra comfort is all you might want. Headphones are recommended for sound meditation but not required.
How is the content delivered?
You will receive an email each morning with a short video or audio practice. Each session is 5 to 15 minutes. On Day 5, you will receive the link to join the live coaching call.
What if I miss a day?
You will have lifetime access to every session, so you can catch up anytime and revisit as often as you like.
How long does it take each day?
Each daily practice is designed to fit easily into your day, requiring only 5 to 15 minutes.
Is this medical advice?
I am sharing the methods that worked for me after years of collaboration with licensed medical and wellness professionals. The challenge is educational in nature and not a substitute for professional medical care. On Day 5, we will meet virtually on Google Meet. I will guide you through creating your personal reset plan, answer questions, and offer live support. A replay will be provided within 24 hours.
