Creating Space for All Bodies and All Minds

As someone who has personally navigated PTSD and panic attacks following trauma, I understand that not all disabilities are visible. Some of our deepest challenges exist in our nervous systems, in how our bodies hold stress, in the way past experiences shape our present reactions.

This understanding shapes everything we do at AscendifyTM. We're here with science-based solutions that work for real bodies navigating real challenges.

Dr. Hoge's randomized trial at Georgetown University found that mindfulness training was as effective as escitalopram, a leading anti-anxiety medication, for adults with anxiety disorders, and Dr. Goldsby's research at UC San Diego showed that sound meditation reduced anxiety by 60% and tension by 89% in a single session.

  • Take breaks during sessions
  • Sit up rather than lie down
  • Step out and return as needed

These are acts of self-care, and they're always welcomed.

  • Adjusted sound levels for sensory sensitivities
