The Science-Based Breakout Sessions That Keep Arizona Conference Attendees Engaged

You've invested months planning every detail of your conference, so the last thing you want is attendees zoning out by the second breakout block. Somewhere between the opening keynote and the afternoon sessions, information overload and mental fatigue take hold of your audience, and the content you worked so hard to deliver stops landing.

Our Breakout Session Workshops deliver a powerful precision cognitive reset that strengthens your agenda. Each session is curated around your conference objectives and facilitated live by Liz Adriano, so your attendees return to the main stage with refreshed cognitive capacity, heightened creative thinking, and an impactful experience they'll praise your event for long after it's ended.

The Science Behind How Ascendify Breakout Session Workshops Protect Attendee Health and Increase Memory and Focus

Cardiometabolic Health
5 min

Dr. Keith Diaz's lab at Columbia University found that light movement breaks lowered blood pressure across an entire day of sitting, with 5 minutes of light movement every 30 minutes delivering the strongest cardiometabolic benefit. Light movement curated into your breakout blocks supports the cardiometabolic health of your attendees.

Theta State
10 min

Researchers at Mahidol University found that just 10 minutes of a 6 Hz beat frequency induced theta brainwave activity, including frontal midline theta. Theta is the brain state The Ascendify Method Meditation is designed to cultivate in your breakout sessions.

Attention Improved
13 min

Dr. Basso and her team at New York University found that 13 minutes of meditation enhanced attention, working memory, and recognition memory in people new to the practice. A single breakout block is all it takes to begin and power your attendees with this benefit.

The Ascendify Method: Proprietary Vibroacoustic and Movement Experiences Curated for Your Breakout Rooms

Each of our Breakout Session Workshops blends The Ascendify Method Meditation, our proprietary vibroacoustic experience, with The Ascendify Method Yoga and Pilates. Choose 2 to 3 sessions of 45 to 60 minutes or 4 to 6 sessions of 30 minutes throughout your package, which includes up to 4 hours on site. Premium professional setup and teardown is included to ensure zero disruption to your event flow.

Each session is curated for up to 30 participants, so every attendee receives the specialized attention they deserve. Your on-site hours deliver multiple sessions throughout your event, and for larger conferences, additional days or packages extend that same caliber of experience to your entire audience.
