Interactive Keynote Speaker
At nearly every corporate event, accomplished professionals like you sit for hours in uncomfortable conference chairs, calculating how many emails are piling up while you're away from your desks. As the day goes on, attention, energy, and wellbeing decline, and so does your attendees' ability to absorb your event's most valuable content. Every Ascendify Interactive Keynote is designed to be engaging, memorable, interactive, and entirely customized to your organization, so your audience leaves with neuroscience-based strategies that help them and your workplace thrive.

Interactive Keynotes for Corporate Events, Leadership Workshops, and Corporate Retreats Across the US
Your audience has sat through plenty of keynotes. They have watched slides, listened to speakers, and walked back to their seats with a polite nod and a vague intention to apply the ideas later. Every Ascendify Interactive Keynote Speaker experience is designed for lasting impact and real-time optimization techniques practice. Your attendees actively participate, practice deep breathing exercises and mindfulness practices alongside founder Liz Adriano in real time, so they walk out the door already equipped with practical skills they can apply at work and at home to improve focus, sharpen innovative problem solving, and manage stress.
Every Ascendify keynote is interactive, engaging, memorable, and fully customized for your conference, corporate event, leadership workshop, or executive retreat. Attendees actively participate in an experience grounded in the neuroscience of attention, cognitive performance, neuroplasticity, and burnout prevention, leaving with practical tools they can apply immediately.
The Science Behind Why Traditional Keynotes Fade, and Interactive Keynotes Deliver Lasting Impact
In the 2026 Global Meetings and Events Forecast from American Express Global Business Travel, 42% of meeting planners reported higher demand for interactive sessions than five years ago.
Dr. Freeman's research at the University of Washington found that passive lecture audiences were 1.5 times more likely to fail to retain material than those in active, experiential learning environments.
Researchers at the University of British Columbia found that attention and retention decline consistently across a 40-minute passive lecture, regardless of content quality.
What Sets Our Interactive Keynote Speaker Experiences Apart
Most keynotes and speaking engagements merely spew information at employees and teams who are already drowning in information overload. Neuroscience has proven that our minds and bodies are not designed to absorb or retain information through this presenter-focused delivery mechanism. Dr. Risko's research at the University of British Columbia found that mind wandering increases steadily as a function of time during a lecture, and memory for the material decreases in direct proportion, and Dr. Freeman's research at the University of Washington found that participants in passive lecture formats were 1.5 times more likely to fail to retain material than those in active, experiential learning environments.
Founder Liz Adriano designs and facilitates an interactive learning experience that attendees actively participate in throughout the session, then carry with them into the rest of the conference and back to their workplaces. Every keynote is designed to integrate within the moments when attention begins to fade so attendee learning lands deepest. Ascendify delivers the most effective solutions for attention absorption as attendees physically and mentally practice the techniques being taught, so the techniques are already familiar by the time the closing applause begins.

Most keynotes merely spew information at employees and teams who are already drowning in information overload. Neuroscience demonstrates that our minds and bodies are not designed to absorb or retain information through this presenter-focused delivery mechanism. Dr. Risko's research at the University of British Columbia found that mind wandering increases steadily during a lecture while memory for the material decreases in direct proportion. In an Ascendify interactive keynote, attendees physically and mentally practice the techniques being taught, so their brains are optimizing through the practices in real time.
Every keynote begins with a personalized pre-event consultation where Liz learns more about your event theme, audience profile, agenda flow, and the outcomes that define success for your organization. From that conversation, the content, live practices, and interactive elements are curated specifically for your group, whether your objective is improving focus, sharpening innovative problem solving, managing stress, or preventing burnout.
Our Interactive Keynotes are designed for groups from small executive retreats through conference audiences of 5,000 and beyond. Keynotes for audiences above 5,000 are designed in partnership with your production team, and can be delivered anywhere in the United States.
